Where are your products made?

Our products are formulated and manufactured right here in the United States (US).

Where can I learn more about your ingredients?

  • Our products are 100% Vegan, Certified Cruelty-Free, and free of parabens, phthalates, silicones, and aluminum.
  • Please visit our product pages for featured ingredients, as well as the full ingredient list.

Do you test on animals?

No, absolutely not.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • When it comes to debit and credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • When it comes to online payment processors, we accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay.
  • We do not accept payment via check or over the phone.

Are there any stores that carry your products?

We wish, lol! But serious, no, currently we're only available only.

Hopefully one day we can make it into your favorite retailer!

How do I use my promotional or discount code?

Unless otherwise specified, codes do not automatically apply to orders and must be entered at checkout page (not the cart page).

The checkout page is the page you are directed to after clicking "Check Out" on the cart page.

The URL of the checkout page begins with https://tapered.io/checkouts/*. On this check out page, you'll be able to enter your promotional code.

Only one discount code and/or rewards points voucher can be used per order.

SHIPPING, ORDERS & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we currently only ship to the United States.

When will my order by shipped?

Orders are typically processed in 1 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). We’ll send you an email with a tracking number for easy reference.

If we are not able to ship your order within 2 business days of being placed, you will be notified.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the shipping method you selected, and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

We do our best to ship orders out within 1 business days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify or cancel it.

How can I access and update my account?

If you're on a desktop device, click the person icon at the top right of our website and log in.

If you're on a mobile device, click the "three line" icon at the top left of your screen. Then click "Log In", at the bottom of the pop-out menu.

If you don't have an account with us yet, please create one and use the same email address as your previous orders

What's the return/refund policy?

If you are not totally satisfied with our products within 30 days of the original purchase date, we want to make it right.

Please reach out to our team at support@tapered.io with your order number and the products you’d like to return, and we'll start the process of providing you a full refund.
